演讲者简介:
施匡宇博士2003年毕业于南京大学,获计算机和物理双学士学位,2005年和2008年分别获得德国马普计算所的硕士和博士学位。2008年至2011年在慕尼黑工业大学医学院从事博士后工作。之后担任慕尼黑工业大学附属右岸医院核医学科的住院医学物理师、项目组长,现任慕尼黑工业大学副教授。曾获得国际肿瘤微环境研究会议青年学者奖和国际核医学年会青年学者奖。在IEEE TMI、PMB、MICCAI、CMMI等国际期刊和顶级会议上发了多篇高质量论文。
 
 讲座摘要:
Simultaneous PET/MR provides a new tool with both challenges and chances for PET quantification. The PET attenuation correction remains a bottle neck for the quantitative analysis on PET/MRI. Compared to PET/CT, the accuracy of PET data from PET/MR is still less satisfactory. On the other side, PET/MR provides potentially improved options for quantitative analysis by incorporating multimodal anatomical, physiological and motion information. This talk will briefly recall the applications and limitations of in PET/MRI and discuss some preliminary results of recent development in the speaker’s lab in physiological and quantitative investigation of PET/MR, including MRI based attenuation correction, hierarchical pharmacokinetic modeling and animal research.
